In order for me to book any Flights or Accomodation I need cash up front. It's a no pay no play policy this time round.
You can go ahead and book your own flights or hang fire and book at a later date but it is important that you let me
know the details of your plans. If you require to be collected at an airport it is important that we are at least in the same
city. I'm not driving hundreds of miles to collect anyone.
To make things as easy as possible I have set up a Tour Account that you can pay money to. This allows you to put a
little away each month so that the wife doesn't have a fit come June 2009. It also lets me get this booked well in advance.
The demand for everything will be high so the quicker we get in there the better our tour will be.

South Africa works a little differently from what we have come to expect in the U.K. their banking is not great and you
will often find that credit cards do not work. This is due to their technical systems and is very unreliable. To get round this I would suggest you ensure you have access to cash via a bank card. There are plenty of cash points, but you should
be careful when using them and always in pairs. The Tour Account can also be used as your cash card. As long as you have put money in, you will be able to get money out.

All money you put in the account is yours until I spend it. ie bookings are not refundable " Normally " so don't expect to
get a refund. if it's possible then I'll do my best, however I will not spend any of your money without first agreeing with you. If you have excess money in the account on departure it can be refunded to you or held for your use in the Account.
